- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp basil, chopped
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup minced scallions
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place the lamb chops in a bowl and add the rosemary, basil, thyme, and salt then mix well to combine. Marinate for about 2 hours or overnight
- Preheat the grill pan or skillet to medium-high heat then add the chops, setting aside excess herbs to be added later.
