balsamic vinegar

Instructions
Place the lamb chops in a bowl and add the rosemary, basil, thyme, and salt then mix well to combine. Marinate for about 2 hours or overnight
Preheat the girl or skillet to medium-high heat then add the chops, setting aside excess herbs to be added later.
Cook the chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Set aside
Add the scallions to the same pan and cook for a few minutes while scraping the bottom. Add the excess herbs set aside earlier on
Pour vinegar into the and continue scraping the bottom of the pan.
Add heavy cream and bring to a boil then add the chops.
Let it simmer while turning the chops every now and then to infuse the flavour.
Cook until most of the liquid evaporates and is left with about a quarter of the initial liquid.
Serve the juicy lamb chop hot and enjoy.
