Making spicy ranch dressing from scratch is easy and allows you to adjust the level of spice to your personal preference. To make this dressing, you need;
– 1/3 cup sour cream
– 3 tbsp mayonnaise
– 1/2 tsp minced garlic
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or more to taste
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the ingredients until well combined.
2. Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings to your preference. Add more salt or spice if desired.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavours to meld together.
