- 8 tilapia fillets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold running water and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients

5. Place the tilapia fillets in a baking dish and pour half the marinade over them, coating each fillet evenly.
6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes, remove foil then pour the rest of the marinade and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden
