A Delicious Soy Tilapia Recipe

Indulge in a perfectly balanced flavours of soy sauce and honey of soy sauce tilapia. This dish is easy-to-make and ideal for seafood lovers and busy home cooks alike.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 medium tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold running water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the fillet
  • Pour the ingredients into the fish and marinate for 15-20 minutes
  • Place the tilapia fillets in a baking dish/tray and pour half the marinade over them, coating each fillet evenly.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes, remove foil then pour the rest of the marinade and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden
  • Serve the baked tilapia fillets hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
