Ingredients
- 2 cups of rinsed Brussels sprouts – remove any yellow or brown leaves. Cut off the stem end and slice each Brussels sprout in half.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt or to taste
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a medium bowl, add the Brussels sprouts, followed by the rest of the ingredients and stir well to mix.
- Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes stirring halfway until tender and golden brown
- Serve and enjoy!
