Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts rinsed, stemmed and any yellow or brown leaves removed. Cut off the stem end and slice each Brussels sprout in half.
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt or to taste
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin oil or oil of choice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a medium bowl, add the Brussels sprouts, followed by the rest of the ingredients and stir well to mix.
  • Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes stirring halfway until tender and golden brown
  • Serve and enjoy!
