To make this smoothie, you will need;
- 3/4 cup sweet frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup fresh/frozen ripe mango
- 3/4 cup fresh baby kale rinsed and patted dry
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup 2% milk or milk of choice
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions;
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
