As summer approaches, many of us are seeking nutritious beverages to keep us hydrated and energized. This tropical protein smoothie is a blend of exotic fresh fruits and vanilla yogurt. Not only is this tropical smoothie tantalizing to the taste buds, but is also packed with essential nutrients and health benefits

To make this smoothie, you will need;

  • 3/4 cup sweet frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup fresh/frozen ripe mango
  • 3/4 cup fresh baby kale rinsed and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions;

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Blend everything until smooth
