- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup pasta
- black pepper to taste
- 7 cups water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté the onions until golden browned
- Add the celery, carrots, garlic and ginger and cook for about 5 minutes
- Add the spices i.e. paprika, red pepper flakes, chicken bouillon, and black pepper. Mix well
- Add water and then add the chicken bones with the bay leaves. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes
- Remove the bones then add the pasta and chopped chicken
- Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Taste and adjust salt to taste
