Ingredients For Sugar Free Lemonade

  • 3/4 cup granulated erythritol/monkfruit extract. I use monk fruit/erythritol blend from Costco
  • 1 cup water

For the Lemonade

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 7-8 lemons)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1-2 cups ice cubes to serve

Instructions

  1. Start with the syrup by boiling the water and then adding the sweetener. Stir to dissolve
  2. Add the syrup to a large pitcher followed by the lemon.
  3. Add 3 cups of water and stir well to combine.
  4. Taste and add more water if needed.
  5. Place in the fridge to chill.
  6. Serve chilled with ice and lemon slices if desired.
