Ingredients
  

For Syrup

  • 3/4 cup monk fruit extract
  • 1 cup water

For Lemonade

  • 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed lemons (about 7-8)
  • 4 cups cold water

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water and then add the sweetener. Stir to dissolve
  • Add the syrup to a large pitcher followed by the lemon.
  • Add 3 cups of water and stir well to combine.
  • Taste and add more water if needed.
  • Place in the fridge to chill.
  • Serve chilled with ice and lemon slices if desired.
