Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb turkey wings
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse turkey wings and pat dry with paper towels.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the spices.
  • Add turkey wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange wings in a single layer.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until skin is crispy and golden brown.
  • Brush with sauce of choice (if using) during the last 10-15 minutes of baking.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving
