Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
Add the diced avocadoes
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top of the salad if using.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
