How to Make Easy Air Roasted Vegetable Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper
  • 2 large zucchinis
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 medium broccoli crown
  • 1 medium cauliflower crown
  • 6 large mushrooms
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 large lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Wash the the vegetables then cut into evenly sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, lemon juice, and honey
  • In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with the spice mixture and spread them in a single layer in the air fryer tray/basket, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 15-20 minutes. Halfway through roasting, shake the sheet/basket to redistribute the vegetables and promote even cooking.
  • Once the veggies are tender and slightly crispy, remove them and serve immediately.
