  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunks frozen/fresh
  • 3/4 cup mangoes fresh
  • 3/4 cup baby kale
  • 1/2 medium banana ripe
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup milk 2 % or milk of choice.
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender
  • Blend everything until smooth
  • Serve and enjoy!
