russet potatoes
peeled and cubed

roughly chopped

paprika

red pepper flakes

turmeric

Instructions
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add the potatoes and shallow fry until golden
Add the garlic, ginger, onions and carrots and saute. Add salt and continue to saute for about 5 minutes
Add butter to the skillet, followed by paprika, red pepper flakes, and turmeric and stir to mix.
Add the shredded cabbage and turn the heat to low-medium. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring in between
Remove once it softens
Serve, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
