Easy Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium avocado ripe
  • 1/4 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 medium jalapeno seeded, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 medium lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.
  • Add the chopped onion, jalapeno pepper, half of the cilantro and minced garlic into a blender and blend to mix
  • Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher, leaving some chunks for texture.
  • Stir in the rest of the chopped cilantro, squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
