Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.
Add the chopped onion, jalapeno pepper, half of the cilantro and minced garlic into a blender and blend to mix
Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher, leaving some chunks for texture.
Stir in the rest of the chopped cilantro, squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
