Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 medium avocado ripe
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1/2 medium banana ripe
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 1/2 cup milk 2% or milk of choice
  • 1.5 tbsp honey or sugar or sweetener of choice

Instructions
 

  • Begin by slicing the avocado in half and removing the pit. Scoop the flesh into your blender.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve and enjoy!
