Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
Add ground turkey/beef and cook until browned, breaking into smaller pieces.
Add the onion, garlic and ginger and cook for 3 minutes
Add the tomatoes and let cook for 5 minutes or until tomatoes become soft.
Add the rest of the ingredients and continue stirring. Add water then cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 min. Remove and serve
