garlic

ginger

balsamic vinegar

tbsp
sesame oil

tbsp
soy sauce

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce

honey

cornstarch
optional
salt and pepper to taste
chopped scallions
to garnish
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high.
Add steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside
In the same pan, add the bell peppers, onion, garlic and ginger. Sautee for a minute.
Add the sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey and continue to sauté.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a tbsp of water and add to thicken the sauce.
Garnish with scallions and serve hot!
