Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb flank steak cut into strips
  • 1/2 large red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1/2 large orange bell peppers cut into strips
  • 1/2 large yellow bell peppers cut into strips
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped scallions to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high.
  • Add steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside
  • In the same pan, add the bell peppers, onion, garlic and ginger. Sautee for a minute.
  • Add the sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey and continue to sauté.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a tbsp of water and add to thicken the sauce.
  • Garnish with scallions and serve hot!
