Instructions
In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, red chilli powder, salt or to taste, cooking oil, and lemon juice- Toss the chicken cubes in the marinade and let them sit for at least 20-30 minutes to absorb the flavours.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, making sure not to overcrowd them. This allows the chicken to cook evenly.
Set your air fryer to 375 degrees or your grill to medium-high heat. Cook the chicken skewers for 15 minutes, turning halfway. Once done, brush with some of the bang bang sauce and air fry for another 3-5 minutes. Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
Drizzle the leftover bang bang sauce over the hot chicken skewers or serve it as a dipping sauce on the side. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
