paprika

soy sauce

cooking oil

Green onions

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Scramble eggs lightly, remove, and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions (add a splash of sesame oil if dry).
Add mixed veggies and sauté briefly.
Add turkey and black pepper; stir to heat through.
Add paprika and red pepper flakes and stir.
Add rice, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
Pour in soy sauce and mix well until evenly coated.
Return eggs to the pan and toss everything together.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
