In a medium bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, pepper flakes, fish sauce, and ketchup then set aside
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non stick pan
Add the steak sear for 2 min without moving. Flip and cook for another 3 min or cooked to preference. Do not over cook, otherwise you'll end up with a dry steak.
Remove steak and set aside on a plate
Add the remaining olive oil and butter and add mushrooms. Sautee until it caramelizes.
Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté for 1-2 minutes
Add the sauce mixture and stir evenly. Cook for 2 minutes or until the sauce thickens then remove and serve it over the tuna.
