Super Easy Chocolate Frosting
Incredibly rich, creamy, silky, smooth, and easy that's great for cupcakes, cakes, and cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter unsalted, softened
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter until creamy.
- Add the cocoa powder, salt, and powdered sugar and mix well to combine
- Add the heavy cream and extract. Beat until combined and smooth
- Adjust the frosting consistency by adding more cream or powdered sugar.
