Instructions
Season wings with salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan. Add the chicken into the pan and brown on each side (about 5 minutes on each side). Add garlic and saute for a minute. Ensure the garlic doesn't burn.
Mix the soy sauce and sugar until it dissolves. Add the mixture to the chicken wings, followed by ketchup, hot sauce/ chill flakes, and Coca-Cola. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken wings to ensure both sides cook well.
Transfer the wings to a serving plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and they are ready to be devoured.
