How to Make Easy Sautéed Kale Recipe
A quick and healthy side dish, sautéed kale is packed with nutrients and flavour. Lightly cooked with onions, tomatoes and olive oil, it’s perfect for weeknight dinners or as a nutritious addition to any meal.

onion
chopped

Instructions
Into a bowl, add the kale and add boiling water and let sit for a minute.
Drain the water and run the kale under cold water to stop cooking and maintain the vibrant green color
Drain and set aside
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onions and cook for about 2 minutes until they soften.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until they soften. Season with salt
Toss in the chopped kale and stir to coat with the oil.
Serve warm as a side dish or use as a topping for grain bowls and proteins.
