Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp dill chopped, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp honey or sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir everything together until smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  • Serve immediately, but for the best flavor, let it chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the ingredients to meld together.
  • Serve it alongside salmon, grilled chicken, or as a dip for vegetables and crackers.
