Fudgy Chocolate Brownies Recipe
Soft, dense and fudgy, yet still amazingly light chocolate brownies made with simple everyday ingredients. These will keep well for 3-4 days on the counter or stored in a ziplock bag and freeze for up to 3 months.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, and salt).
In a larger bowl, whisk together the eggs and olive oil and mix well.
Add the dry mix to the wet one and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter onto the pan and smoothen the top.
Bake for 25 min or until the brownies set in the centre or a toothpick comes out clean or with a few breadcrumbs.
Lift the brownies out of the pan using the edges of the parchment paper and place them on a cooling rack. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
