Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray then line with a parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon and salt).
Add the melted butter, eggs, and milk and whisk until just combined. Add the banana and whisk to incorporate. Do not overmix as it will result in tough bread
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan
Bake the banana bread for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool for 10-15 minutes before removing it and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
