Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a medium brown, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and continue to beat
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, then add the milk and the vanilla extract
Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
