Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 11/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/8 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a medium brown, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and continue to beat
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, then add the milk and the vanilla extract
  • Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
