Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon skinless and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika =
  • 1 tsp salt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • fresh parsley to garnish

For the dipping sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp cayenne adjust to accommodate heat
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Pat the salmon cubes dry with a paper towel.
  • Place the salmon ingredients in a bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Airfry the salmon at 400 degrees for 7 minutes.
  • While the salmon is air frying, prepare the spicy sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
  • Remove the salmon from the air-fryer and gently brush some of the dipping sauce leaving the rest to be used as a dip.
  •  Return the salmon to the air fryer and fry for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
  •  Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness
