skinless and cut into 1-inch cubes

olive oil

garlic

smoked paprika

juice of 1 lemon
fresh parsley
to garnish
For the dipping sauce
1/2
cup
mayo
1/4
cup
sour cream

tbsp
honey
1
tsp
mustard
1
tsp
cayenne
adjust to accommodate heat

sweet chilli

tbsp
lemon juice

tbsp
dark soy sauce
Instructions
Pat the salmon cubes dry with a paper towel.
Place the salmon ingredients in a bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Airfry the salmon at 400 degrees for 7 minutes.
While the salmon is air frying, prepare the spicy sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
Remove the salmon from the air-fryer and gently brush some of the dipping sauce leaving the rest to be used as a dip.
Return the salmon to the air fryer and fry for an additional 3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness
