Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the chops. Fry for 3-6 minutes on each side depending on the thickness
Alternatively, heat the oven to 375 degrees, place pork chops in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145 is achieved. Please DO NOT leave it longer than that. This is the perfect timing to prevent dry pork chop. The secret is timing.
Remove and cover with foil and set aside
Add the butter and sautee mushrooms in a pan, then add garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until slightly golden and tender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for another 2 minutes until it thickens.
Slice the chops as desired then pour the sauce over the chops.
Garnish with parsley then serve
