Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef breaking the meat into small pieces. Add onions and cook until no longer pink.
Reduce heat to low then add salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stir well.
Add cream cheese then cook for about 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and stir until well incorporated.
Add the green beans and mix well to combine
Transfer to the casserole dish and top with the grated cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes until brown and bubbly
