Classic Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 lbs green beans fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef breaking the meat into small pieces. Add onions and cook until no longer pink.
  • Reduce heat to low then add salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stir well.
  • Add cream cheese then cook for about 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and stir until well incorporated.
  • Add the green beans and mix well to combine
  • Transfer to the casserole dish and top with the grated cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until brown and bubbly
  • Enjoy!
