For the salmon

cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
For the honey lemon glaze

honey

lemon juice

garlic
minced

soy sauce

paprika

chilli flakes

lemon slices
for garnish
Instructions
Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika, minced garlic, and chilli flakes (if using).
Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add salmon, skin side down.
Cook 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Pour in the honey mixture to the same pan. Stir and simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return salmon to the pan and spoon glaze over the fillet until fully cooked and glossy. Remove and serve immediately.
