Roasted Pears with Thyme

/5

This roasted pear dessert is easy to make and is the perfect ending to a special meal. The pears are sweet yet have a hint of savory from the thyme. The honey and butter add a hint of caramel to help round out the flavors. The pears are delicious on their own, but a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream will also work well.
