  • Remove and cover with foil and set aside
  • In a medium pan, Add olive oil, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until slightly golden and tender.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for another 3 minutes.
  • Add the pork chop and simmer for 2 minutes then remove from the pan.
  • Remove and serve

You can fry these pork chops instead if you prefer. After seasoning, add olive oil to a pan on medium/high heat and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and cover while preparing the sauce
What can I serve with pork chops?
Pork chops are one of the dishes that will never go wrong with mashed potatoes. Try our The Best Mashed Potatoes with a side of brussels sprouts and you will have a restaurant-quality dish from the comfort of your home.
Before I discovered the best way to prepare pork, I used to end up with tasty but extremely chewy pork until one day I undercooked it while in rush and that changed my whole pork chop game. Some people will tell you the secret to a tender pork chop is marinating it overnight, some will also say to ensure it cooks for a longer period of time. However, after it's all been said and done, the secret to a tender juicy pork is not passing the 145 degrees of internal cooking temperature. That's it!! So invest in a good kitchen thermometer and change your life 🙂
