  • 1/2 tsp garlic cloves minced

  • 1/8 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp butter

What can I serve with pork chops?

Pork chops are one of the dishes that will never go wrong with mashed potatoes. Try  The Best Mashed Potatoes with a side of Brussels sprouts and you will have a restaurant-quality dish from the comfort of your home.

Before I discovered the best way to prepare pork, I used to end up with tasty but extremely chewy pork until one day I undercooked it while in a rush and that changed my whole pork chop game. Some people will tell you the secret to a tender pork chop is marinating it overnight, some will also say to cook it for a longer period. However, after it’s all been said and done, the secret to tender juicy pork is not passing the 145 degrees of internal cooking temperature. That’s it!! So invest in a good kitchen thermometer and change your pork life 🙂
