Chocolate brownies made from simple ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. These brownies are, soft, and fudgy, but still still amazingly light and airy. They will keep well for several days if stored in the refrigerator.

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Line a 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray.
Step 3
Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
 
In your small bowl, whisk the eggs and olive oil.
Step 4
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until combined, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Step 5
Spread the batter evenly into the pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until the brownies are set in the centre.
Step 6
Lift the brownies out of the pan using the edges of the parchment paper as handles.
Step 7
Place on your cooling rack to cool for about 20 minutes.
 
Dust with powdered sugar, then cut into squares and serve.
