Pancakes are kids’ favorite, but some mornings you have limited time to whip them up. That’s when these five-ingredient pancakes come in handy. You can swap the blueberries for chocolate chips, sliced strawberries or peaches, or chopped almonds or pecans.

Directions

Step 1

Mix the mashed bananas, beaten eggs, flour, and cinnamon in your medium bowl until evenly combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Step 2

Coat your griddle or large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Once hot, scoop ¼ cup of batter at a time onto the griddle or skillet, leaving room between the pancakes.

Step 3

Cook within 2 minutes until the top is bubbly and the edges are set.

Step 4

Flip it and cook until golden brown and crisp along the edges, about 2 minutes.

Step 5

Remove and keep warm by covering with aluminum foil or placing in the oven at the lowest setting until ready to serve. Repeat with the remaining batter.
